Did you ever try popping it in a brown paper lunch bag?  You premeasure how much you want in the bag close the bag and microwave till the popping slows down.  i have put a little olive oil in the bag prior to popping. I imagine you could do the same with coconut oil.

I've been reading about bag popping.  I guess it wouldn't be much different than the bought microwave bags.  I bought a microwave popper but I think I'm going to take it back because it uses a disc in the bottom that said it would last for about 10 batches and it already has a hole in it.

D flat out wrap, deli turkey spinach, hummus, swiss cheese

S popcorn

miles  kettlebell class, vites yes, fluids 3 liters, carbs, protein and calories good.

Hey Roz!  Went to the mall and got my hair cut and did some shopping.  A few weekends ago I had a pair of earrings stolen from the hotel I was at and was trying to replace them.  I found the exact ones, but decided to keep looking for exactly what I want. 

B - coffee

L - chicken leg/thigh baked

D - 2 pieces of pizza in the freezer.  It was just fast and easy (9pm).  

Vits:  yep

water:  lots of ice tea

I had a garnet ring stolen from a hotel a number of years ago.  Did the police report and all from long distance but never got the insurance to cover it because I didn't do the report while I was there.  Really angry and still am.  It was a ring I had gotten the stones for and had made.  Grrrrrr.

Stole them...that's terrible! 

Fast and Easy are disastrous for me....LOL.

Did it take awhile for your body to adjust on the Probiotics?  I have terrible gas....!
