If you have to self-pay for these surgeries, is it possible to utilize FSA to help defer some of the cost?  My enrollment period for next year is ending October 25th and I will contribute more to this fund if I can use it for these surgeries next year.  My tummy isn't great but my arms, thighs and butt look terrible and I still have some weight to go.

I would say no the FSA use, but check with a tax accountant to be sure.  It is for medical expenses.  PS is usually not medical but cosmetic so you could not use pre tax dollars for it.
