Hi everyone. 

Roz is off shopping today and ask me to start the post for us today.  I am so glad it is Friday today.  We are going to the State Fair tomorrow with our kids and grandkids.  I can't wait, we always have a great time.  It is fun watching the little ones.

Do you have plans this weekend?  Hope y'all all have a great one and get some rest!

I have a flu jab tomorrow.  Other than that, my plans are to get some sleep!! :-D  My DS has been getting me up far too early this week! :-(  Yes that's Duodenal Switch - I don't have kids.

I am clearly one of the only ones who can't wait for Friday to be OVER!  It's my super crazy circus day driving my boys around for their various activities - I spend on average 5 hours in the car doing 20 mile loops.  Horrible!  Can't wait for Saturday!!!!

B:  Protein yogurt = 38g

L:  Turkey w/ lentil salad = 25g

S;  Cottage cheese = 10g

S:  Protein Shake = 20g

D:  Few bites of Turkey from lunch = 10g

Not enough water - fear of needing to pee while driving :) and all vitamins

I remember the days of taking kids around all the time.  I miss them sometimes.

I would love to have a weekend with no plans sometime soon.  I need to be working tonight, but have started watching TV instead.

Menu looks good.  I love the White Chicken Chili just haven't made any this year yet.  It got up to 85+ here this afternoon.  I thougth fall was here to stay.
