Any one having a problem with belly fat?

I don't eat many bad carbs which I always thought was the main reason for belly fat.  My body seems to be constantly sliding down and adjusting and I don't like where it is settling.

If you have dealt with this do you have any suggestions besides wearing spanks.

Mine swells when I eat carbs.  Zumba really helped with the stomach area so did walking/running-none of which am I doing right now-LOL!!

Spanks - no thanks - I hate tight things under my clothes I will just let it hang over.

I will try to keep an eye on my carbs.  I suppose even carbs like bananas could add to it. Maybe it's the carb quick...I do love those cinnamon muffins!  I've been trying to walk more.  I've decided I need quit fretting about it and buy some looser tops until it is sweater weather.

Maybe the Probiotics will help.

I think it is part of the aging process for women.  I had a panni 10 years ago and thank God that seems to help that area.  Other then surgery I don't think there is really anything that can help specifically with any areas.

If my insurance would pay for it I'd have a panni in a second!  Thanks Tazz!

Yep TT is the only way i'm afraid to say.  I got a few spanks recently, so uncomfortable, BUT they do put my butt back where it is supposed to be  LOL

Nope you aren't the only one.  Even with all the muscle pump, etc, I have a belly and never have had a waist.  It does make me feel better that my muscle pump trainer, who teachs some class 5 days a week and runs every day, has a belly.  Im sure it is tight as a rock, but in her tight exercise clothes, she has a belly (and 3 small children) and there isn't an ounce of fat on her anywhere.
