WOW - where IS everyone? Quiet around here today.
I've been in a meeting all day. I bought new shoes earlier this week and now I've got a blister I may have to take them back - they're just too small. They felt find at the store, don't know why today they don't!!
B - a protein coffee and regular coffee
L - a 5 guys burger (ugh). Had to eat tums after that!
D - probably more pork chops. Have 2 more to cook up

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.

I know. I actually a little free time today to read some posts but I think I'm all caught up.
DH loves 5 Guys. We have only been there a couple times because we won a couple of gift cards when the local one opened. I just can't be around fresh cut fries!!!!!
Sometimes I can do pork but most days it gives me the stuck feeling. We have been buying a whole loin lately and DH has been slicing them really thin and that seems to work better for me.
Don't forget your vitamins!!!

I feel that way about my Protein drinks. I don't know how I would get all of my Protein and fluids in without it.

Got all the clothes I ordered today in smaller sizes and they all have to go back as they are too big! I just can't seem to wrap my head around the fact that I really am smaller and that I get smaller everyday. It's the goal yes, or one of them, but I was a bit freaked out by it. To be continued...

tons of water, all vitamins and 2 hours at the gym....
I'm taking a vacation day tomorrow so I can return every single thing I ordered (LOL) and actually have time to try some things on. I'm going alone so I can concentrate on me....YEAH! It is harder to go by myself but hopefully it won't take as long. I figured the stores won't be as busy during the day.
