WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Happy Wednesday!!!! Well the Drs. visit yesterday was a waste of sick time and money. I am now scheduled for a urologist next week which is where I thought I should originally be going from the first day of pain. It feels like a really bad bladder infection but the urine specimen came back negative.
He did suggest (like others on here have) that I use a probiotic for 2 weeks since I was on a anti-biotic. What brand do some of you use?
When looking at his notes from my colonoscopy he said I had a Medium sized gastric bypass....what does that mean?

haha....Love it!!! I was thinking this morning I needed a picture of a camel but I didn't know how to post it. It's been called Hump day forever but now there is an advertisement on featuring a camel but I couldn't tell you what they are advertising but I am just enjoying the camel....lol.
