Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!!!!!!!!!

WOW...the day has finally come...YEAH!!   I have an appointment this afternoon concerning the pain and nausea I have been having in my back and stomach.  I actually had a few good days towards the end of last week and part of the weekend and I thought maybe I should cancel but my stomach is back to being nauseated.  I think quite honestly I am just getting used to it and I'm not thinking about it as much.

Cinnamon plus a spoonful of Splenda made my protein coffee taste better - just as well as I was in back to back meetings today (not the all day ones where you have a carb fest going on).  I was just grabbing what I could when I could (I drank my protein shakes at home).

Hi Roz - swinging everything I have that they find what is wrong!!  Feeling bad is awful...

I was SO busy today for work that I just didn't have time to eat.  I even worked from home, but everything I have needs to be cooked!!  I may be doing a bit of cooking tonight to have some stuff ready for tomorrow.

Hope they get it figured out for you and it is an easy fix!! 

I had to travel to a meeting today about 150 miles and traveling tomorrow to my other job about 180 miles so it is going to be a very long day.

Got my fingers and toes crossed that you get some kind of answers Roz!  

Upped my protein today and what do you know - the scale is moving again!  Hmm, maybe you gals know what you're doing with all the protein shakes thrown in along with good meal choices??  I'm thinking yup, you do! 

B:  Coffee then Protein shake = 23g

L:  Turkey w/ guacamole = 18g

S:  50g cottage cheese -= 8g

S:  Lemon Ice tea Protein = 23

D:  Chili w/ grated cheddar and guacamole = 20g

Tons of fluids and all vitamins.  More stairwell painting so that's gotta count for somethig!
