Last time I posted (9/23 or 27 IDK) I was 150

Today 149.. 

Remember the jeans I bought at a size 10 tried them on at home them took them back and exchanged for a size 8?  Well at the time the size 8's felt tight and gave me a bit of a muffin top... well I wore them Friday and had to wear a belt to keep them from feeling like they were going to fall off...

So down in inches... and down 1 lb

Doing my thang... keeping on...

I wear a belt with my pants all the time (unless no belt loops).

Well.. I didn't weigh, but on Saturday I found your pound too.

I was low carb, hit the gym 3 times, etc... and it's just not moving.

I'm going to be upping my fluids a LOT.  When I had to do my cleanse for my colonoscopy, I was surprised at how I didn't get hungry... I had over 120 ounces of fluids and I know that contributed to it. 

Sorry about the bad dream and early hours.  I wake up almost every night between 2:30-3:00 am.  Most of the time I lay there for an hour plus before going back to sleep.  Makes it real hard to get up in the mornig.

I've been wondering where you've been!  All moved in?

 

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so

I'm sorry you found a lb...but if Gina has it, how can you? I ONLY had one lb to share, LOL.

I usually wake up sometime in the middle of the night for a potty run (I also take my thyroid meds at that time)

Well, if you ignore a couple of small piles of stuff (one in the dining room, the other is on the 4 season porch) yeap, we are pretty much moved in.
