133/134 last week. Today 132 & Wednesday 131. Ugh can't it just stay still! I hit the treadmill all week. Friday I walked an extra 7.5 miles, Saturday only three. My tummy has adjusted to the lower dose of prilosec, I did call my surgeon he said I didn't need to wean ,to just quit. So I tried and um yeah that didn't go so well. I knew better though . Its very rare that you can just quit a medication. Any way Same plan this week treadmill treadmill treadmill, see what next week brings.

Sorry you can't "settle", LOL...it happens with normies too. IF the scale is making you nuts, LIMIT weighing to once a week...stay off the blasted thing the rest of the time.

MOST people can stop a PPI cold turkey. Apparently you are a zebra (doctors are taught in med school if you hear hoofbeats, think horses NOT zebras). It's their way of teaching IN THE BOX thinking. We tend to reside outside the box.

Good luck.

Who knows, Tazz...I know you feel better at a "slightly" higher weight...maybe your body will stay there now.

Down 2 more to 127. I'm not sure why, but I'll take it!

You need to update your ticker!  I saw 127, then saw "42 more pounds" and thought - OMG - she wants to weigh in the 80's?  :)

I'd take 127 too *sigh*...
