Sorry you can't "settle", LOL...it happens with normies too. IF the scale is making you nuts, LIMIT weighing to once a week...stay off the blasted thing the rest of the time.
MOST people can stop a PPI cold turkey. Apparently you are a zebra (doctors are taught in med school if you hear hoofbeats, think horses NOT zebras). It's their way of teaching IN THE BOX thinking. We tend to reside outside the box.

Who knows, Tazz...I know you feel better at a "slightly" higher weight...maybe your body will stay there now.

I'd take 127 too *sigh*...

90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
