WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

I loved BQ ribs before WLS but I can handle the sauce now. I haven't tried it for awhile though so maybe I should give them another shot.

Happy Friday! My colonoscopy went well - removed a benign polyp. Now it's about nap time.
The clean out yesterday wasn't that difficult (hunger wise) but the stuff I had to drink was horrible. I could easily do more days like that - it's all in the mindset. Perhaps I just need to do that! I can't remember the last time I drank so much fluid. I know that's waht kept me full-feeling too.
Today:
B - late - more like brunch, a cup of tomato risotto soup and about 1/2 of a chili omelet. Piece of wheat toast. My restriction wasn't there today, which really surprised me. Quit because I knew I needed to.
S - IF I get hungry, more omelet
D - not sure - probably going out, or omelet!!
Vits: yes
water: have to stay with it, per Dr's orders.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

I'm glad it's over and everything turned out OK. Could they tell it was benign by looking at it? I already had my test but since I've been sick and having trouble with my bowels and tummy I wouldn't be surprised if I have to go for another one. My Dr. appointment is Tuesday.

Very busy Friday as usual - constantly on the run. Looking forward to the weekend!
