DD would LOVE auditing your place if you have everything ready.  She gives her clients a list of things they need to have ready but they are rarely prepared.

We are state funded too and our budget passed in the spring.  Lots of changes and we took a pay cut to keep an employee but we all have jobs. Our director said the same thing as far as the shut down lasting a long time.
