I regret not exercising when I was early out. I might be a little more toned and less flabby. I have been trying to walk more.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

Hi Roz,
Thought the auditor was coming today, but it turns out he is not coming until Thursday. We are having an insurance telephone conference in the morning to go over our insurance options for our open enrollment. Lots of changes in store for us this year. We are changing from United Healthcare/Cigna to Blue Cross Blue Shield.

DH had changes in his insurance in January. They didn't switch companies but they switched plans. In all of these years we never had a deductible but that has all changed. I keep telling him having a deductible is the norm and we have been very fortunate but he is so mad about it. He throws a fit every time he has to go to have something done and he puts it off which makes things even worse. Last week we suffered having food stuck all night because he thought it would go down and he wouldn't have to go to the hospital.
My stomach and back still hurt. I think I am getting use to the pain. I do find myself holding/rubbing my stomach like when I was pregnant..haha.
Not sure about the chicken fingers and chips(sounds delish) but the rest sounds Awesome!

That's Good! I have been wondering if it effected you or your DH. My niece worked 16 hours on Monday so if it happened on Tuesday she would have everything caught up till that point. I was hoping she would make a trip home while she was off but then I remembered she had one in school.
