At least it fractured before I spent 2500.00 on it instead of while that was happening or after.  At this point, I am just glad to be done with it and hope now it can heal.  Now for pain meds and bed.

AWE Price!  That's a shame they didn't do the root canal so you could have saved it but it might have cracked after you spent all of that money.

Sounds yummy....especially the ham/bean soup!

2nd day I went to the "exercise room" at work.  30 minutes on the treadmill and some weights.

Had a major pouch malfunction today.  Not sure what it was.  Went to starbucks and got an iced coffee with cream and SF vanilla.  I then took a sudafed as my sinus' were draining.  Ugh - did NOT go well together.  Tums fixed me up, but it was rough there for  awhile.

B - coffee and a protein coffee

S - hamburger casserole - it's gone now!

L - baked chicken thigh and leg

S - Starbucks iced coffee with cream and sf flavor

D - 3 pieces of sashimi.

Vits:  yes

Water:  did good
