Having Pittsburgh Pirate luncheon all week long. They find any excuse to bring in eats....LOL. I took in a fruit tray and a vegetable tray.

So busy the past few days, been eating a bit crazy too! Has anyone noticed a calorie increase on your period - or less restriction? I seem to be eating a bit more than before.

30 minute lap swim.
I don't have periods any more (hysterectomy 30+ years ago) so I don't know for sure but I bet it does make a difference. Just try to make really good choices during that time.

Hi Roz,
Long day after a really busy weekend. One of DH's best friends passed away after battling cancer for 2 years. He had the full fireman's funeral this morning so it has been a very emotional day. Auditor will be at our office tomorrow and Wednesday. I needed to work tonight, but had to pay bills instead and now I'm too tired!
