WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like a special Sunday Roz!  

Today was a gorgeous Fall day and I worked for 3 hours in the garden something I never do - and I mean never have done that in my 42 years - so woot to me and my major NSV!

B:  Protein powder + yogurt  = 38g

L:  75g of smoked salmon w/ greek yogurt and chives = 25g

S:  Lemon protein shake = 23

S:  6 boiled shrimp = 18g

D:   45g of homemade chili  = 15g

Water ok and all vitamins in!

That's an Awesome Victory!  I know how hard it is to get up/down and bending/stretching when working in the garden.

SIL sent me some pictures but I don't think any one posted any even on FB.  I couldn't get mine to print.  I want to get a new camera that I can send directly to my facebook or maybe I will break down someday and get a new phone instead of the Granny basic one I have.

Hi all! Congrats on the dedicating Roz!

B - breakfast buffet whi*****luded scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, eggs benedict and coffee

No lunch

D - chinese - egg drop soup and some orange beef w/fried rice

S - some pita chips (bad me)

had my sugar take a tumble tonight after dinner.  I'm not quite sure why as I didn't eat much rice at all.

Yes, thanks!  I didn't eat much of the orange beef either but it was breaded pretty heavily and sweet.  The combo of the rice/orange beef was probably enough to do it. 

Some OJ fixed me right up, but it was kinda like dumping - took a 1-1/2 hr nap (at 8pm) so I was up again by 10.. ugh...
