Sunday Weigh In

Not unless I am weird, too. Not only do I weigh myself daily but I record my weight daily. I could tell you my weight for any given day from August 2010 to the present. It,s part of my accountability to see if I am trending up or down and so far I can tell you that, other then post surgery (two since my revision) I haven't been more then two lbs above my current weight.

Before my surgery, I avoided the scale because I guess I felt like it was better if I didn't know exactly what that number was. I vow to never be like that again. I need to weigh daily to keep myself honest and accountable.
Staying within 2 pounds for two years is great! Your body must be comfortable at that weight.

The weather sucks here.  I think they said 3 storms for this weekend.  Driving home from work yesterday was an adventure and I have more of the same to look forward to.  I need to find an activity that I enjoy indoors to keep myself busy, although I can't complain.  I came home from work at 6, put on my footed jammies and watched tv all night until bed.  It could have been worse.  My boyfriend lost power at his place and he runs a dairy.  They ran a generator but he told me if the power didn't come back soon he would probably be working all night.

Linda, as long as you know what the bad choices were, they can be handled. Good for you.

Wonderful here today also.

Don't know what I was last week but 128 this morning.  That is high for me.  When it started going up I started walking every morning and it has just kept going up.  I'm doing another body scan in a week and we will see what that says.  Clothes still fit and I haven't really changed anything eating so who knows.

Price, I know that is high for your comfort...who knows...I hope the body scan provides some answers.

I am having issues finding a PCP that I like, any suggestions? I have to stay IN NC for mine even tho the state line is only 2 miles away. (Medicare Advantage policies are funky that way)...a PCP in Landrum would be considered OUT of network even tho they are closer than Hendersonville and the surrounding area.

My PCP is in Arden, half way to Asheville from here in Mills River so I doubt you want to go that far.  And they aren't on DH's BCBS advantage plan.  He just stuck with them anyway and pays the out of network fee which is just $40 instead of $20.  He didn't want to change.  I have always had Drs in Asheville so I really don't know many of the Drs in Hendersonville.

Weight..... if I am still under fat, I will just adjust my thoughts on the numbers.  I know muscle weighs more and I guess I have heavy bones but I really don't want to get out of the 120s.
