I did enjoy fall in Michigan...spring was my issue. I am use to spring starting in Feb not MAY!

Down about 1.4 lbs, same range it's been in for a while.  I really credit regular weigh ins as one of biggest help for me.  Knowing I have to be accountable helps me stay on track.  In the past whenever I went hog wild the first thing to go would be the scale.  Of course I was fooling no one, including myself, because it didn't take long for my clothes not to fit any more but I didn't want to face the numbers.  Looking back I think if I had this kind of support back then and kept an eye on things and stayed honest and accountable I may not have had such a large regain.  I may have been able to stop it in it's tracks.  Oh well, I can't turn back time so I'm just glad I can do this now.

Glad we can help, Tazz, in being accountable. I know it helps me. I'm not one to obsess about the scale so once a week just keeps me honest.

I am glad you are maintaining.

Now to find an indoor activity you like.
