Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!
WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!!!!!!!!!
WOW...it's Saturday and SUPER Beautiful here! The leaves have really changed and my Beautiful Maple tree is making a blanket of leaves under it. Grandson has a basketball game today. It's hysterical watching 5 year olds playing BB. Some of them don't even understand which way to take the ball. Of course my DGS is the best one on the team!
My eats aren't planned today. DH is a really picky eater so he will do most of the planning today and I will make the best choices I can.

Happy Saturday Roz. You make it sound like a blas****ching your grandson.
The weather's autumnal here too but I've not really noticed trees dropping their leaves just yet. I sure am appreciating my car's heated seats in the early mornings on the way to work though... and my heated towel rail and my electric blankets!! :-D

Sounds like fun Roz- 5 is such a great age! Today was European Scouting Day so when we were at Saturday Mass this evening our Church was overflowing with Scouts! Here boys and girls start Scouting around the age of 6 or First Grade and they go all the way through University. So we were crammed in between 6 year old pumpkins and pimpley teenagers - the place was hopping!
So not very inspired eats wise - feels like it takes me FOREVER to finish up something with these tiny portion sizes!
B: 1/2 yogurt w/ 1/2 scoop protein powder = 18g
S: Lemon Tea protein = 23
L: Chicken w/ salsa and greek yogurt, guacamole, onions, tomatoes and lettuce = 16g
S: 60g of Greek yogurt = 6g
D: Shrimp (4) with left over stir fry veggies = 20g
Water - not great today but all vitamins +iron
It's a beautiful day here today also. I rode Poppy this morning and did some retail therapy at the Thrift store this afternoon. Enjoying the quiet day with the guys playing golf.
figured I better get some good bacteria in my gut after all these antibiotics, hence the greek yogurt. I love it but it doesn't stay with me at all. I imagine I will be hungry again soon and this may change. Also am out of carbquick rolls so need to be cooking some too.
