Update on Me: The Gastro Dr. moved me up to Oct. 8th. My stomach is very nauseated today and I feel like I am starving.

The only capris I like are in MI... had to put jeans on today, cloudy here and cool...
I got to Vitamin World yesterday and picked me up another tub of the Nectar chocolate truffle. I eyed some of the others, but I have them in MI and really need to use those up first. So chocolate it is until I can get some of the others down here. I'd like some vanilla...which I don't even think I have in MI!
B - steak and eggs with a protein coffee and a regular coffee (more like brunch)
S - I've got these EVIL multi-grain pita chips - oh they are oh-so-yummy. I'm usually very good about resisting buying them, but my willpower was low that day

Glad you've gotten bumped up the roster to the 8th! Not so great protein wise today for me, tomorrow I'll be better about it. Today just kinda got away from me!

Roz, glad you got your appt moved up. My tooth started again today so I am on my second round of antibiotics and called affordable dentures. I'm going to get it pulled and get a partial instead of spending $2500 with the risk of losing it anyway. Plus, my appt wasn't until Oct 23rd to get the root canal and I can't keep this up for that long.
Did get a walk in with Thor but then work and meetings all day. So happy to have it be a weekend. Even happy to be staying home.
