Menus and Miles Wednesday Sept. 25th
I turned 48 on the 25th. Started out with news of a good friend at work's unexpected death. I was bummed before that because I can't have cake and champagne like I normally do. I decided that my day is what I make it to be so I left work at 2pm so that I could get in a good workout, then went home and had a good cry and a nap and made a nice dinner for myself. Ended up not really missing the cake but I did have about 1/4 cup fat free sugar free iced cream and my tummy didn't like it too much.

Happy Birthday!!!!! I do LOVE cake...way to much!!!! When I choose to have it then I cut a small piece and I take practically all day to eat it. I over did it after my DD's wedding and paid for it on the scales. Ice cream and my bowels just don't get along so I rarely have any of that. I didn't know they made fat free sugar free. What brand is it?
Did your Surgeon recommend the flintstones vitamins? I haven't heard good things about them on the LW board.
Menu sounds good!

My NUT gave us all a list of approved vitamins. These are the Flinstone's Complete and I take two per day along with 1 B12 and 3 calcium citrate (because I'm in menapause). I guess I"ll find out when I get my next blood test if they are adequate. I don't mind them they taste like sweettarts.
The ice cream is a local brand called Richardson's. They have a farm with cows and an ice cream stand in Middleton, MA where my ex lives so the kids bring some home every time they visit him. It's soooo good but I felt uncomfortable...not in pain but knew something was going on down there. lol
