I just bought some veggie sticks (I couldn't find anything that said straws) ( who makes them?) Mine are made with Potato starch...etc.....what do you think about them as far as totals go?

Happy Hump day but wi**** was Thursday - LOL.
Ok - not as good as yesterday but... the scale was down 2 lbs today. I think it's confused....
B - double protein coffee (now out of protein - ugh)
B2 - Starbucks ham/cheese/egg sandwich on baked Ciabatta (yummy) unfortunately it was white, but good thing is it didn't effect my BS today and a skinny carmel macchiato
L - McD's wings - ate 4 of them (good but fried) and diet coke
D - Ok - sticking with the fried theme here.. I wasn't hungry but my 'friend' and I flew to Charlottesville for dinner and I had some fried mushrooms.... and then my nose ran....
S - SF pickles... I found some bread and butter ones- my favorite!

water: did ok, but it did include diet pop

I had a colonoscopy a couple of years ago. It wasn't that bad. I'm suppose to be good for 5 years so hopefully nothing has changed. I honestly thought they would be sending me to a Urologist since most of my pain is after I urinate.
You flew? Is he a pilot?
I pretty much fry everything at home but not deep frying. DH has been wanting to try McD wings.
I still get the hiccups but sometimes after they stop I can get in a couple of more bites because it has loosened things up. When did I stop listening to my tool........?????
I finally found the NSA bread and butter chips. I like them so much better than the spears. I bought some NSA sweet midgets but they make me crave more so those aren't on my grocery list any more.
I haven't started drinking pop. That's one habit I don't want to get into again. I'm afraid I will pick that over my Protein Drinks. I do drink Snapple Diet Peach and sometimes even pour a little into my Lemon Tea.

I don't drink a lot of pop. I was buying it and drinking it more, but realized it makes be bloat and blow up. I also knew it wasn't a good habit to get back into, so I only drink it if I'm on the road or my tummy is upset.
I can sit and eat a WHOLE jar of those NSA pickles. I know they say 0 calories/carbs, but I ate them when actively losing weight and I found they slowed it down some. Not sure if it was the sodium, but I cut way back on them then.
I haven't had my problems with my pouch since my last update with it. Not sure... I haven't been eating a lot and have been eating a LOT slower.... also, dense protein.... and stopping...
The McD wings are very good, but have a lot of breading on them.. Pretty meaty and I'm happy with them. spicy tho!

I had a busy stressful day and am actually doing Wed menu thurs morning. Never got to it yesterday. Did get to the gym for muscle pump, hurray.
