PCP's office called at 9:00 this morning. They want me to go to a Gastroenterologist so I am waiting for that office to call me.

Not a great day today - I was in another all day meeting and today's menu was carby - potato chips, rice cakes... not the worst but really not the best either (no flour thank God). Anyways, I'm back and I'm gonna get serious about protein again as today really didn't excite me!!

Pretty lazy day to day - had my nose burried in a good book and and it felt good to just drown in it for a change of pace. So not a lot of miles today - but tomorrow I go to the gym and I'll sweat extra!
B: Coffee and yogurt/ protein powder = 38g
L: Turkey bites with greek yogurt and tika paste = 22g
S: Lemon protein shake = 23g
D; Veggie stir fry - soy beans, lentils, etc. = 14g
Lots of water today and most vitamins.

I have a book I started and I need to find time to fini**** My church library will be sending me a reminder notice because I have had it out so long.
I wish I could use soy beans but they make me so sick.
