B 2 hard boiled eggs and ww toast

S greek yogurt with cranberries, nuts, bran buds

L pork roast and beets

S apple and peanut butter

D dinner out, probably a salad or meat and veggies.

vites good, miles recumbant elliptical, fluids 10 so far, carbs, protein and calories so far so good.

I've been looking everywhere for ripe bananas....LOL!  If you come with a pumpkin muffin recipe I would love that!
