Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!
WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!!!!!!!!!
So far all of my tests have come back negative. The PCP just had someone else call me to find out all of my symptoms. I'm not sure what the next step is.

I'll second that frustration comment! Hope something gives them a clue what's going on... But more importantly that you are feeling better and more yourself soon.
Same old here - Fall is here and now that I am shrinking (Yay!) I am scrounging around my storage bins in search of sweaters and coats that might fit. Sounds like it should be fun but it's a bit depressing to be thinner, but not look any better because of ill fitting clothes! Sigh...If only money really did grow on trees!
B: coffee and protein shake 20g
S: Yogurt w/ protein shake (only ate 4 bites as it tasted Blek for some reason) 15g
L: Small bowl of Miso soup +4 pieces of Sushi (tuna and salmon) 25g ?
S: 3 tbls of cottage cheese 8g
S: Cheese stick 6g
D: Home made chili 15g
Water and vitamins are on target.
I spent way to much money during the losing stage and I really regret it. I wish I would have bought a few basics (I wasn't working then) and saved my money until I maintained sizes for awhile.
Sounds Good!

My hubby commented on that too and I still scratch my head. I know the Greek alphabet and there is no "F" and "G" I always thought was gamma. I have no idea how they get fah-yay out of Fage. lol
