ORIGINAL PLATEAU BUSTER DIET
Last night I posted a Plateau Buster Diet 2 that I found on OH. I personally have NOT used that one but I did find the one that I always used that worked for me. Here it is and I am removing the diet sodas from the list and adjusting the protein levels ( 8 yrs. ago we only had to have 50 grams not today's 60 - 80. Good luck to you trying it. Hope it helps if not....I have other ideas to help you break that plateau.

Plateau Buster Diet
How to break a plateau
#1 - Do this for 10 days to break a plateau
#2 - Drink 2 quarts of water a day
#3 - You must have 60 - 80 grams of protein and all your vitamins/minerals supplements each day
#4 - You may consume up to 3 oz of the following high protein foods, 5x a day
beef
pork
chicken
turkey
lamb
fish
eggs
low fat cheese
cottage cheese
plain yogurt or artificially sweetened
peanut butter
beans/legumes
You may also have:
sugar free popsicles
tea or coffee
sugar free jello
broths/boullion
crystal light drinks
Make sure you drink 8 - 8 oz. glasses of water a day
Also follow the 30 minute rule...no drinking anything 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after you eat your meals.
#5 - If it's not on the list, you can't have it for 10 days!!!!
#6 - Keep a food diary and try to get up to 30 mins of exercise daily

I bet it would work. It is basically what I do to get back on track but I do allow myself leafy greens.
