Too few calories? 400-500 is it possible?
They might be a tad low. You're counting all the calories in your protein shakes. You might want to mix them with a little cream and water. The fat in cream isn't evil, everyone needs some fat and oils in their diets.

It is hard to get many calories in early on You are only 2 months out, don't stress too much. I think early out I was getting about 600 calories. I always mixed my shakes with milk, no****er. sounds like you are doing a good job with your protein and water, keep up the good work. Even now i eat 5 or 6 small meals a day to get everything in. Early out my plan had me drinking nonfat milk for part of my liquids.

You said you EAT 70-80 grams of Protein. So, you aren't drinking Protein drinks? What kind of Protein are you eating and are you eating other foods as well? Protein foods are pretty high in calories so I can't comprehend that you are only getting in 400-500 calories that have 70-80 grams of protein.

That's great that you are concentrating on Protein!! I looked up one site that says RTD has about 160 calories (way to many calories for me). I'm thinking that if you are only getting in 400-500 calories and 160 of that is from your drink then you might be to low in calories. I've found that you have to eat to lose weight and keep it off.

I don't always log my food at this point but the times that I have in myfitnesspal I range from 500 to 800 calories depending on if I was hungry or not. Some days I'm really hungry and others I could miss meals and not notice. Are you exercising? That has given me a good bonus to my weightloss. Although I"m at a stall this week I was averaging about 4 pounds a week with those calories.
