MOTIVATIONAL QUOTE FOR TODAY
I saw something on TV the other day re the author of Conspiracy of Dunces. Basically this guy was trying hard to get his book published but after a couple of years of trying he decided to end it all as he wasn't a success.
A few years after his death his mother found his manuscript and decided to make it her life's mission to get her son's book published which she succeeded in eventually. The book made millions and it makes the tragedy all the more sad. Success was so close.
You just have to remember to be like Thomas Edison and Colonel Sanders and just keep on keepin' on - easier said than done, I know, which is a long way explaining why I appreciate your posts!!

Awe.....THANK YOU Huneypie. I was blasted on one of the other message boards last night by someone 5 yrs. post op WLS for me posting the Plateau Buster's diet. UGH This person truly doesn't know that my heart was only to help out people and give them a suggestion for when they hit those dreaded plateaus. Sometimes they are very hard to break. I basicly told them that I was only giving others suggestions to hopefully help someone. Nothing wrong with that. Thank you for sharing this story with me and I so glad that Momma didn't give up till her son's book was published. Have a blessed day my friend.
