Menus and Miles Saturday Sept. 21st
Our Grandbabies are all away today.... and it makes me so sad. We went to a wiener roast with 4 of them last night and that was fun. I had 1 hot dog in a bun and I broke down and had 1 small burnt to a crisp marshmallow. I avoided the chips and cookies though.

chilly and rainy here. Was supposed to go on a bike tour but hubby decided he didn't want to go due to downpour!
B scrambled eggs, grape tomatoes, hummus half slice ww toast
S cheese stick rolled in ham, apple
L greek yogurt, cranberries, all bran and walnuts yum
D strip steak, red lentils
S probably protein shake.
Going to see Spamalot at the playhouse tonight. can't wait.
miles 45 minutes on treadmill, vites good, fluids 10 cups so far, carbs, protein and calories good

Hi Roz - I hate the "bulging thigh syndrome"....
Was on the road today - flew back from San Diego. I've been having quite a problem with eating lately. Feel horrible after. Trying to figure out what it is. Wonder if I'm getting an ulcer.
B - coffee and breakfast burrito (didn't eat it all and ate VERY slowly)
