Wow Roz - Sounds like fun! In our village this weekend we've had the equivalent of county fair/flea market. The Village blocks off all the main streets and the carnie gypsies set up rides and games and there are food venders galore. Then tons of villagers set out their second hand stuff to sell and all the shops set out their overstock etc. Our boys think they've died and gone to hog heaven! Been fun, a bit hard to say no to all the food, snacks and junk. But I did! :)
Quite boring eats -wise in fact-
B: Yogurt w/ protein powder 38g
L: Turkey slices (50g serving) with Greef Yogurt mixed with Tikka curry paste 25g
S: Protein Ice Tea 23g
D: 75g of Cottage Cheese 10g
Only 1.5 litres of water but all vitamins in!
Happy Sunday!
Your day sounds like a lot more fun than me sitting there watching a dance choreographer try to get girls to wiggle things that they shouldn't be wiggling any ways....lol. Thank goodness the music is fast and they don't hold poses to long.
We live in a small town and there only a few fun things that that everyone looks forward to during the year and yesterday was our Autumn Leaf Festival and it poured all day long. I felt so bad for all of the groups who were fundraising. When my girls cheered we always had a food stand and face painting. It's hard to make that money up when you are counting it in your fund raising. budget.
Soooo Proud of You for not giving in to the temptation!!

I had pizza tonight too..... I have been craving a supreme from Pizza Hut and SIL called and asked us over so I asked him to order me one. The stinker ordered me a meat lovers. I only had one piece but it is definitely surprising how easily it goes down. I don't know why do Carbs always go down easier than anything else!!!!!
You had a great breakfast!!!

Back from my horse show. I did pretty good eating at the show but my hostess had spagitti for supper last night and I had no choice but to eat it. First pasta I have had since WLS and it tasted good but filled me up really quickly. Halley and I had a good show, placed well and enjoyed friends. It poured yesterday while we were driving in the afternoon and then setting up the dressage ring for today. I was soaked to the bone. Glad it wasn't cold too. Today was beautiful.
