Menus and Miles, Thursday September 19, 2013 for Roz
Swinging for Roz and her DH.
Stress is major here right now with the change of agencies getting closer and more and more to be done. I don't have any answers. I have been at least getting my walk in the mornings in and some classes but not as often as before. I have a driving show this weekend and it will be a good break from work stress and then there will be less stress about it once it is over. My plan is just to make the best choices I can and try to stay away from the carbs. We'll see how well I do this weekend.
decaf protein coffee 33g
eggbeaters, cheese, kale
lemon tea protein 13g
grilled chicken ceaser salad
peanutbutter protein 30g

B - tried hot chocolate with unjury chocolate splendor and milk - yuck - going to try Price's recipe with Swiss Miss (SF), powdered milk and the unjury tomorrow.
Lemonade protein drink
L - hard boiled egg and yoghurt
D - crustless veggie quiche - homemade
