Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!!!!!!!!!

My stomach ache and back pain never really went away but they did ease up while taking the Antibiotic but they are back.  I have a call into my PCP.  I can't get into a Urologist until mid October.

Protein:     Syntrax Lemon Tea  23g
Snack:       Mini carrots and Fage Zero mixed  with powdered ranch vegetable dip
Protein:     Syntrax Lemon Tea  23g
Protein:     Syntrax Lemon Tea 23g
Dinner:     

Snack:      100 Calorie Popcorn (98% fat free)

Calories      Protein      Net Carbs      Fat    Sugar

Ok taking a stab at this:

Breakfast: synthrax cappucino made with 10 oz 1% milk  -  34 g protein

Snack: 1/3 cup cottage cheese with chives                          - 7 g protein

Lunch: 2/3 cup homemade chili                                             -15 g protein

Snack: DannonLight and Fit Greek Coconut yogurt            -12 g protein

Dinner: 2/3 cup homemade chili                                           -15 g protein

Snack: 1/4 cup part skim ricotta with splenda                     -6  g protein

 

water: 84 oz

vitamins: check

exercise: 25 minutes on bike, 20 minutes of squats/weight training/pull/push ups

Did you like the coconut yogurt?  It was defiantly not one of my favorites.

I haven't tried it yet. I was having the key lime flavor but today I brought the coconut. We shall see....

I'm sorry to hear you're still feeling bad.  I hope they can bring your appointment forwards as that's a long time to wait.  Can you speak to someone and explain that you're in pain (ham it up if need be).

Ugh, muffin consumption has left my protein total a little low today and now I feel a sluggish after eating that junk!!  I need to get it into my head to make better choices!! :-S

I made some Carbquik cinnamon muffins and they are so good but even though I know they are low carb I feel guilty eating them.  I would probably dump on a regular muffin.

Most of the day sounds Great...haha!

I've looked at the recipe a couple times but I haven't made them yet.  You ate them so often that I am afraid I will get hooked on them....LOL.

I lost fine while I was on the pancakes though, so getting hooked wasn't a bad thing - for me at least.
