dreaming of a light Xmas

Surgery is less than one month away.....Oct 16. preop 225. What will I weight on Xmas morning? High end / Low end?  (I know everyone is different.....just dreaming here)

That's a very good question ... my surgery is on Thursday and was wondering the same thing ... because I want to get some family pictures done!  I will be 215 on Thursday!

Loved your title...lol!!  Congrats on your Surgery and Welcome to our LW Board!!

Yes...everyone is different but you should defiantly notice a big difference.  My surgery was on Oct. 15 and I was down 41 pounds at Christmas.  I considered myself a slow but steady loser.

When you used the planner, what number did you use for your weight? Would I use my heighest weight or my weight on day of surgery? I did my liquid diet and have lost 10 lbs, so just curious.
