It's been a beautiful day here but I haven't played. I have a serious neck ache, so bad I thought last night about heading to the ER. I decided to wait until I could see the chriopractor so I have been taking it easy today. I hate that!!! I want to be out driving, going to Zumba, all that. Oh well. Hopefully I will get an appt tomorrow and get started feeling better.

big computer upgrade at work this weekend, so tomorrow should be fun.
B scrambled eggs with hummus and tomato wrapped in deli ham
S almonds and apple
L ham, tiny bit of parsley potatoes, green beans and cole slaw at church dinner

D quinoia and chicken salad with tomato and a little apple
