Happy Saturday everyone.  Roz is busy today with her mom and ask me to post for her.

Hope you are all having a great weekend.  I am cleaning my house for company next weekend.  I cooked a big pot of vegetable beef soup(measured and counted everything in it) to have to eat next week.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  Carbquik Biscuit w/ reduced sugar peanut butter and sugar free strawberry preserves
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  Vegetable Beef Soup w/ carbquik biscuit
S:  Chocolate Protein Drink

Vitamins:  Morning & Afternoon Done
Water/Fluids:  80 ozs so far
Miles:  I think house cleaning counts!

Ooh, the soup sounds nice.  I guess it is the time of year to break out the slow cooker!! :-D

I had a quiet day today.  I got my hair cut, but I didn't get enough cut - I guess it's better to do less than more as I can always go back.  I'm still able to keep my ears nice and warm though!! ;-)

Well I saw 129 & something in my brain changed and, I fell off the food wagon. :( back up to 132. So I made my meals for the week. 2 oz grilled chicken, tablespoon of potatoes everyday for lunch next week. Eggs bacon bits and string cheese for breakfasts, and wild game for supper. Need to stay away from chocolate and chips. Maybe by October,I can see that number again. Plus now I get cranky when I eat poor. This weekend, cleaning the house for company coming.

Good job getting your meals together for the week.  If I don't do that on the weekends, I end up doing really bad during the week.

At least you got your exercise cleaning house!!

Took the pony to SC for a clinic and was gone all day.  Odd meals because of it but I was happy that I didn't stop and get something I didn't need while traveling.
