Happy Friday Roz!!!
I gotta get my butt in gear so me thinks I'm gonna get Shaun T, T25 as I figure I can get up 25 minutes earlier. I didn't get on with Insanity as I have a bad wrist and there are too many press ups that really cause problems if you have RSI. I generally liked the work out though, so hopefully I'll fare better with this... we'll see.

Hi Roz - hope you're feeling better today.
I totally get the "bottomless pit and starving" thing. I get like that often, eat and feel yucky. Feel better, eat, feel yucky. Not so yucky I remember it next time though - lol.
Brrr... 58 degrees today and breezy. Went out to check the mail and it's just amazing this weeks' temps and variation.
I watched the girls again last night while my daughter worked and my SIL went to a concert with his friends. Vivi hasn't been sleeping through the night since she was 6 months old (almost 11 now) except for on Grandma's watch! Night before she woke up, but she was cold. They had her in summer jamas with the ceiling fan on. I got her up, gave her 2 oz of formula, cuddled her warm and turned off the fan. She seemed ok with that. Last night I dressed her much warmer and filled her tummy up before she went to bed. She whimpered twice but didn't wake up - she woke up this morning at 6:30.
I'm SOOOO glad it's Friday. This work thing is driving me batty.
Well, enough social stuff... onto eating! I have been prowling the cupboards and luckily nothing is there...
B - coffee
B2 - scrambled eggs w/pepper jack cheese
S - SF popsicle
L - leftover cheesy baked cauliflower from last night
D - probably leftover pot roast from last night.

Hi Roz - hope you are feeling more the thing today!
I'm off to Paris with DH to see a concert and celebrate my 42nd birthday and our 18th wedding anniversary which I know sounds very exotic but since it's only a 2 and half hour drive from home it's special but not extraordinary for us to go. We are lucky to have my very young (24 yrs) brother-in-law living in Brussels and he is watching our boys for us. I think they are more excited for this weekend than I am! I am a bit nervous about eating out as I haven't done that yet. Wish me luck! I'd hate to ruin things by dumping, or choking....
