So I'm OFFICIALLY once again healthy as a " horse " ( aren't they notoriously FRAGILE lol ?) according to my many pages of detailed labs I insist upon every 6 months ..ridivulous amounts of protein , movement every day ... even eating FAT  devil.  Whether  I actually like it or not ... my body seems to WANT it now .  And yes I do take the essential  evening primrose  oil  flaxseed oil etc... still the gosh darned body  will eat  POTATO  CHIPS  AND TOSTITOS !!!!  OMG

 

here are the real chip =m bag admitted  statistics on THESE  - 10 chips equal a micey D';s  CHEEZBURGER   fat wise

 

11 chips in the case of "ruffles "

 

  R THESE  what we call bad carbs ?  I call them HORRIBLE carbs ( btw i havent looked at these packages for YEARS  because if you dont eat something for 4 weeks you'll NEVER  miss it or crave it again ! )

 

I only bought these items at a discount store for  WORKERS right ?!

lol  It's the starchy potatoes and corn that are the horrible. Carbs are evil! Fats and oils are fine within reason as long as you don't eat them on starchy carbs. The combo is a disaster.

So butter on my corn on the cob is a no no.    I think the combo of carb, fat and salt is what draws me in... even if I know it will suck me in every time.  I just never buy them so they are never around.  At least here.

My protein was 7.3 last time and my albumin was 4.3.  This is the first time my protein has ever been over 7.  I am very pleased even though it takes about 3 tubs of protein powder a month to keep it up there, not counting all my other food.  Ferritin and other numbers are trending up, too.   It always feels good to get a good report.

Thanks guys for Ur thoughtful replies .  I guess I KNOW what " bad carbs " really ARE now !! Gosh those things are ADDICTING !  you read the label ..  think never in a thousand years will I eat a gram of fat in a CHIP .. then end up putting your exhausted brain in the no-no place and  a few hours later half the bag is missing ...surprise

fat free whole carbs though are the BOMB .. health wise fiber wise and  satisfaction wise .  THESE processed extremely expensive fatty  things .. though are the DEVIL.  ( and devilishly expensive to boot )

 

you know i could have bought 20 ! plump juicy delicious  ears of organic freshly picked corn at the farmers market for the price of one bag of horrible tostitos ! devilblush

I know it's fake but I LOVE " I can't believe it's not butter butter spray" But I put it on corn and lobster and toast and whatever veggies...OH YEAH....SEAVIEW

much better tasting than that  and totally NOT fake ( its real butter solids minus the fat  thanks to freeze -drying  to preserve )

are Butter Buds .  Sure you have to sprinkle em on food  or  put it into  ho****er  to make fat free  "melted butter "... but U won't believe the taste
