How long for swelling to subside
I'm going to say that it was probably a good 30 days before I felt like I could have anything around my tummy area. If it takes 6-8 weeks for you to heal internally (which is what my surgeon says), then it's a safe bet that you won't be free from all the swelling for at least that long.
