I clipped the pony, Halley today. What a job. Then have been doing payroll and on-line training for the new company that takes over on Oct 1. The training is really bad and frustrating but has to be done!!!.

Yes, our area authority lost their contract with the state to bill Medicaid (the services I provide) so we are joining (feels much more like being taken over than joining) a neighboring authority. We will go from an 8 county program to a 23 country program. the change over has not been smooth and I imagine it is going to get rougher as we get more into it. Stress level up, pony time down.

Our state never makes anything easy. Our office got the bid for running our county program but some county's had to join with others and I guess it has been a nightmare. We were actually hoping we would have another county being merged into ours so we would be assured to have our jobs but fortunately we only had to take a pay cut.
We are just getting into the Medicaid part of heath care for my Mom. Boy they take over everything when you get into one of their programs.

Entering my super busy period now - 13 hour day yesterday, but I slept in today and went to work late.
Did about 38 minutes of lap swimming.
protein hot coco
protein lemonade
fish soup (leftover salmon, cream of potato soup, veggies) - about 1/2 a cup.
got all pills and vitamins and calcium in. Going to bed early.
What kind of Protein totals are you getting in during a day?
If you are going to work that many hours make sure you are getting enough in to stay healthy.
