Loafing sounds like an excellent thing! It is very chilly on our side of the world, rainy and blustery. Just makes you want to hunker down and be still....

L: 2 slices of chicken with 2 tbs of Humous 14g
S: Protein coffee 18g
D: Poached Chicken 50g with 20g stewed tomatoes 15g
Vitamins and water okay. Miles, not so much today :(
We have record highs the last couple of days but that is suppose to start changing tomorrow. DH works for a utility company outside digging ditches so he can't wait for cooler weather.

It is super hot and humid here in NW PA today. Don't have much energy to do anything.
B Scrambled egg and egg white, hummus, mushrooms and deli ham
