B~~protein shake: 30
1.5 egg : 10 grams
Cheese stick: 7 grams
Lunch~~chicken breast 32 grams
Dinner~~ ham slice 5 grams
Water~~ 100 oz
All vitamins
6000 steps+6 flights of stairs

Packing to travel to Florida so have to shorten exercise routine.

I use RTD premier shakes. When I do mix protein (Isopure), I use chicken broth. That allows me not to taste the protein. I am traveling so I may not post frequently this weekend but I will be following my plan ~~.

I agree 100% with you Roz and feel your pain.  The more I stress out, the more carbs I want to stuff in my mouth.  I am feeling stressed about to the max.  DH's aunt had knee replacement this morning for the 5th time same knee.  She had it done at the hospital in our town this time with a surgeon here.  We are praying that this will be it and she will not be in pain anymore.  I'm sinking at work and feel like I can't get my head above water.

L:  Pork Roast, green beans
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
S:  Protein Mint Chocolate Bar
D:  Ribeye steak, 1/4 baked potato

Water/Fluids:  105 ozs
Miles:  None - I know I would feel better if I made some time for exercise!

Back to work now.

Awe Linda.....Are you overwhelmed at work because of the time of the year?  DH's best friend had his knee done this week.  I hope your aunt-in-law does good this time!

Looks like a GOOD Protein Day!!   I'm trying really hard!!!!

Went to my first kettlebell class this am.  I expect to be pretty sore tomorrow.  the routine involved jumping jacks, haven't done those in a couple decades. 

B hardboiled eggs, swiss cheese, ww toast,

S greek yogurt with kashi go lean, raisins

L turkey breast, squash

S wasabi soy almonds, cheese stick, tomato

D Salad with turkey and half apple

S popcorn

vites yes, miles kettlebells, fluids 11 cups, carbs, prot and calories good.

I was the jumping jack queen when I was growing up....LOL  It was surprising to me how some people just couldn't not get their feet and arms going at the right time.....mostly boys.  I did them recently for my grandkids and they thought it was so fuuny...LOL.

Since you aren't drinking your Protein how is your hair doing?  I've always been curious when other's have chosen to go your route.

My hairloss has slowed down alot, I think it is thickening back up;  I have so much hair that even when i lost hair it looked like a normal person!  I still get alot of protein even without the shakes,  I do like the shakes, though.  I will go in spurts where i drink one every day.
