I'm an every day weigher and I hate it when I drop down during the week and am back up on Sunday. Atleast you stayed the same!

I don't have in front of my last wk's wt

I have been averaging 4.5 lb per month
At my 4 month ck up I have lost 43% of my excess which was a real encouraging since I know more people from my Dr office who are not lightweights and hearing their numbers makes me sad but I will keep going back to 43%
