(I DID see 141 this week...don't know WHY I stepped on the scale during the week but I did). Too bad I couldn't hold it.

No change this week, still hanging around 122. Not willing to give up 2% Greek yogurt. {sigh}

Sorry for the no change...you are logging everything, right? Paying NO attention to calories but looking at the total protein, fat, and carbs?
Maybe it's the type of carbs or something in one of the foods you are eating.
Why give up the 2% yogurt? I'm still working on finding full fat yogurt. Looking at the 0% fat fage plain versus the 2% fage plain, there is only ONE carb difference.
And you need the fat.

Greek yogurt starts me off with carbs. Even if they're "good" carbs. Perhaps if I saved the Greek yogurt for lunch rather than jumping right in as soon as I get to work. Starts the grazing too soon, if that makes sense.

Yes, it does...save those for lunch or even dinner.

Total change +.8
I decided to try making my shakes with half and half instead of milk to see how that went. I've tried it before and I didn't care for the taste, too rich, but I'm getting used to it. It does help the constipation anyway. I don't know what other changes I can make to put on some weight. I already eat pretty often and I feel like I eat a lot of carbs, healthy carbs but a lot of them. We'll see what next week brings.

Good for you, Tazz.
I also use half & half ANY place I would normally use milk as milk still is not on my list of nice things to drink. I am fine with other milk BASED products but drinking milk is still a no-go.
