Slow loser?
No it's NOT true...not as a general group. While each of us is individual, as a group we lose AS fast as our heavyweight brethren and WE tend to lose all our excess.

First off a pound a week is good and LW's usually get to goal rather quickly because we don't have as much to lose. Those are pounds that you will probably never gain back.
I would love it if you started posting your daily menu on Menus and Miles. Sometimes it takes a few other people looking at what you are eating and give suggestions. Not all surgeons plans work for everyone. Sometimes you need to make a plan that better suits you.
