Sweets and I have a bond that isn't easily broken!!   I'm proud of myself one day and then the next I let them take over.  I KNOW I can't have them in the house!!!!!!  Houston just wanted to make cookies but oh no I couldn't just let it go at that.  I had a bunch of marshmallows I wanted to get rid of and someone suggested Rice Krispie treats....what was I thinking?????

2 mini cookie packs....LOL.   The rest of the day looks Awesome!

I tried to start the couch to 5K today, but taking it easy.  20 minutes of walking/running.

protein hot chocolate 15g

syntrax lemonade 24g

snacks - sf fudgesicle, sf pudding

dinner - cucumbers and 2 baby bel lights

Good for you!!!!!!   Starting out slow is better than doing nothing at all.

I'm glad to see you are getting your protein from Whey!!!!    That is a Big Plus when it comes to being successful!!
