Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!
WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!!!!!!!!!
WELL...Rough nights and little sleep lead to BAD CHOICES!!! Grandson and I made rice krispie treats and Nestle pre cut choc. chip cookies and I had to end up send what was left home with them (DH wasn't happy...LOL) but I HAD to get them out of the house!
Off to Church...nothing planned for eats yet today.

Hi Roz. My eating the past few days has been sporadic, at best. On Friday I had breakfast/lunch, then a few bites of soup for dinner. A piece of pizza yesterday, and today I had some more of the soup. The good thing is, is I wasn't really hungry until today. Hopefully this will get me back on track. The scale of course doesn't want to play nice.
Yesterday was Wynn's 3rd birthday - she was such a doll! We had so much fun!
B - coffee
L - french mushroom soup - OMG this is SOOO good.. but full of fat and Lord knows what else (from restaurant).
D - no idea, maybe a piece of leftover pizza

3 already?? How old is the little one?
I've been having trouble with my Mom and watching the grandkids a lot and that can go either way...not eating at all or stressed and picking at this and that. It seems like I have a good day and then I make up for it the next. I was up a couple pounds today which doesn't help my attitude much.

Vivi is 11 months.
Today was grandparents day at the daycare. Muffins and coffee. Wynn was very clingy and wanted me to "take her home". She even asked if I had her seat in my car...
She was so funny though - I walk in, she sees me, runs to me and gives me a big hug then looks at me and says "I like your hair".... how many 3 year olds even pay attention to that? LOL

11 months already? It seems like she just had her. 3 year olds can be really funny. Our oldest DGS is 5 and he is the one who compliments everyone but sometimes it comes out the wrong way and you aren't sure how to take it...LOL.
Did you end up taking her home?

We use to go to all of the fairs but thinking about eating was always the first thing to pop into my mind. DH and I didn't even discuss going this year. It's just not as much fun any more and the temptation is just to great.
Sounds good!
