Seeking advice from people who lost weight quickly, maybe too quickly

Congrats on your Success!!

Sorry you are still sic****asionally!  I am almost 5 months out and I still can't eat meat on most days no matter how much I chew it.  Even if  I get it down I can't stand the tightness it gives.

This might sound strange but I can't eat scrambled eggs either. I have to force them to come up almost every time or they give me the stuck feeling for a couple of days.

My biggest regret is stopping my weight loss.  If I had it to do over again I would go as low as I could no matter how many people told me I was too thin.  I stopped mine by adding protein and I think anyone who does it with carbs is asking for trouble. Carbs are addicting and during the losing stage you can eat them and still lose but once you are out the of honeymoon stage (which could be a couple of years) those carbs are going to kick your butt and the scales ARE going to go up.

Don't worry. I am similar height, weigh 131 and I'm far from being too thin.  I would be happy to lose 5 more lbs but I am struggling with it.  I am a size 4 in most clothes.  I wouldn't try tweeking diet until your bmi is 18 or lower.  The weightloss will slow down and this is our opportunity to get to a lower number and a smaller size.  The challenges will come at 5 years out for most of us.  Keep losing. Have faith.
