Italian restauraunt yum. I think I told you about my experience this week of ordering a meatball appetizer and they were BREADED on the outside!!
B soft boiled egg whole wheat toast, raspberries
S low fat ricotta and raspberries
L half of panera ham sandwich with half of bread removed, little salad
D salad from salad bar with little cottage cheese, ham and cheese, 1/4 cup chili
S syntrax nectar chocolate trufflle with skim milk
