Hello Hello -
Today was a crazy day for me - Fridays usually are and it was particularly a strange eating day, my first since the revision. I am not ever hungry, but for some reason I wanted to eat. Sigh. Guess the surgery doesn't take the fat person who wants to eat all the time out of me - I have to do that all by myself! Bigger Sigh.
B: 1 green tea + 1 café au lait
S: Activia nature yogurt
L: 2 spoonfuls of Ratatouille and 2 tbls of low fat cottage cheese
S: 1 black tea + 1 weigh****chers thin slice of chicken breast with 1 tsp of hummous.
D: 3 tbls of Cottage cheese
2 litres of water - + Multi vitamins
Did some walking, picked up the pace as I could, chose the stairs etc. Not great, but better than before!
Have a super day! Ashley
I've found that days that I am hungry it is usually because I have skipped my Prilosec for a few days. You would think I'd learn but I must be a really slow learner.
Do you know how many calories you are getting in?

I'm getting between 300 and 400 calories - which I know sounds absurd but that is what I've been told to aim for as long as I get 50 grams of protein. Today I was a bit off and I am drinking a 100 cal/ 23grm protein shake as I write this as I realized after posting that it was a pretty sad looking intake! Thanks for looking out for me!
Ashley
300-400 seems really low especially if some of that is from Protein Drinks but when I think back I don't remember eating much at the beginning. I'm thinking I was usually around 500-600 after a couple months and stayed on that for quite awhile.

Hi Roz,
I was so glad to get home last night. I had to work out of town 2 days. I was in the bed asleep by 9:30 last night. I think I'm getting too old for all this traveling.
Enjoy the restaurant tonight. My taste buds usually take over even when I plan on being good and pick something out ahead of time. Granddaughters are coming tomorrow for a spend the night party. DD got her stitches out today and her lip looks really good. She hardly has a scar. He did a great job stitching her up.

Linda....I feel terrible but I don't know what happened to your DD. I looked back at old posts and I couldn't find where you posted anything. I'm glad things are going good for her!
I looked at the menu and I'm going to try and stick with Wedding Soup and a couple of Meatballs. If I can just stay out of the Bread!!!!!!
The boys are coming to spend tonight too. DD#3 is choreographing this weekend a couple of hours away and she is leaving really early. SIL is going to a program at church so we have to take the oldest one to basketball camp.
Sounds Good Linda.....It looks like you are low carbing today!
