I still don't understand the whole gluten free thing. I saw gluten free Rice Krispies at the grocery store. I can't imagine that even being gluten free that they could be good for you.
Sounds Good!

Yep, gluten free doesn't mean low carb, you have to plan for it if you're low carbing.

I.e. I had gluten free small pizza. Ate one slice and toppings from the rest of pizza. It was not very low calories, but very low carbs.
I picked cheese + Canadian bacon +pineapple pizza. It was great.
I follow gluten free low carbs, low FODMAP diet. That really limits my gas - and I feel so much better on that diet.

Hi everyone!
Been traveling this week. Eating isn't horrible, but isn't great. My clothes are fitting tighter... :( It hasn't been taking me much to get full either - maybe I'm better off just eating alone all the time!!
I'm trying to decarb - not cold turkey, but wean myself off. I think I'm doing pretty good with it.
B - eggs/bacon and 1 piece of wheat toast
D - nachos - ate the meat/cheese/veggies, and only a few of the chips (corn so not to affect my BS)
Vits; yes
