Good Morning Everyone,

Happy Pre-Friday.   Hope your making some amazing plans for the upcoming weekend.   I have my support group sunday so I am working on final plans for that.    We ALL have so very many things in our lives to be grateful for everyday whether there is nothing currently other than the fact that the good Lord blessed you with another day to live.     Today I am grateful for my precious 1 yr. old granddaughter.   I went over to my son's yesterday and it was the first time I have seen her walking by herself.   I love seeing all the joy and excitement that she has.      She was thrilled with a color book and big crayons that I took her.     She is so very joyius and I love being around her.    I am grateful for my WLS because without it there is NO WAY I could ever play with her and crawl around on the floor like a silly old woman.   LOL   Grateful for my life and all the amazing people in it.   Grateful everyday that my bariatric surgeon told us about Obesity Help 9 yrs. ago and that I have found a "comfortable place" here with people who truly "get" what we go through with WLS.     Grateful for all of you.   PLEASE share if you will what you are grateful for today.    Have a blessed pre-friday.

Hugs and blessings ~~~ Vivian

DGD sounds adorable!! :-)

I'm grateful for my family who helped me write a letter to my PCP requesting vitamin D injections and a hematologist referral plus all the wonderful advice on OH to take action before a deficiency hits.

Happy almost Friday.  ((Hugs))
